Return Policy
At Momentum Industries USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must include original packaging when possible
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the small-batch nature of our products, minor cosmetic variations may occur and do not affect functionality.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
