If you’ve made it to this page on our website I want to genuinely thank you not only for visiting but also for being curious about our story. My name is Paul and I am the Founder of Momentum Industries USA - and a former Police Officer. In 2022 I got
a diagnosis of PTSD that I did not expect or see coming. That diagnosis ultimately brought my career as an Officer to an unexpected end, but it also started a new chapter.
During this difficult time of recovery and transition I turned to my Peloton as an outlet for managing my stress and helping keep my mental health on the right track. I noticed that I felt the best when I was consistent, and if something derailed my progress it was hard to get back on track where I wanted to be. I started thinking of the little excuses I used to tell myself for why I couldn’t work out that day and then I thought to myself, what if I could make it so I didn’t have as many of those excuses. My thought was that if you can keep moving forward with fewer excuses you would take less steps back and keep gaining positive momentum, and from there is where the name of the company began.
The first small inconvenience I wanted to tackle was my desire to not switch out water bottles when I wanted to ride. I use my Stanley every day to keep track of my water and I just wanted to bring it with me when I rode. I thought surely a product existed for this, but when I started searching for something I couldn’t find anything that didn’t seem cheap, flimsy, or that wasn’t made overseas. So, I decided I would build my own. I taught myself solid modeling, came up with a prototype and after almost 2 years of trial and error finally had a finished product, the Tumbler Mount XL.
Our mission is to keep innovating and coming up with ways to make your fitness journey and everyday life just a little easier in hopes that you too can keep your momentum in the right direction. Every unit is made right here in the USA, and even the hardware we use we try and source domestically.
